How Do the Plans Work? What Does the “Subscriber” Mean?

G-Lock Analytics plans are limited by the number of subscribers in your list. A “subscriber” means a unique email address.

For example, if you have a list of 8,000 emails, the Basic plan limited to 10,000 subscribers is enough. You can send as many messages to your list as you want. The number of email messages (campaigns) per month does not matter.

The most important thing is to watch that the number of unique email addresses on your list does not exceed 10,000 (for the Basic plan). When you see that you have more than 10,000 subscribers, you need to upgrade to a higher plan.

To change your plan, login to your account, click on “Account” and then click on the card with the desired plan.
