How do I cancel my paid plan?

Login to your account, click on “Account” and then click on “Cancel Subscription”. After cancellation, your account will be reverted into the free mode. You’ll retain access to your campaigns and tracking reports.

Is there any cancellation fee?

No. You can upgrade, downgrade your plan, or cancel your subscription at any time. We’ll never charge a cancellation fee or ask you to sign a minimum contract.

Do you have a free plan?

Yes. We have a free plan that’s limited to 1000 subscribers and 3 campaigns. After 1000 subscribers tracking links in the email stop working.

What if I exceed my paid plan limit?

Tracking links in the email will continue working but email opens and clicks won’t be collected. Lost data is unrecoverable.

Do you offer a yearly subscription?

Contact us to request a yearly plan. You’ll get two months of free service when you sign up for a yearly plan.

Do you offer non-profit discounts?

No at this time. But we do offer a discount (two months of free service) when you sign up for a yearly paid plan.
