G-Lock Analytics is a service for gathering email campaigns statistics. Our popular Email Analytics tool offers email senders advanced open and read statistics for their email campaigns. We help our customers comply with spam laws and best practices so they can get their campaigns into their subscribers’ inboxes.
NO SPAM
G-Lock Software explicitly forbids any of our users from using G-Lock Analytics for subscribers who have not opted-in. Our Terms of Service (which all users must agree to) state:
You can use G-Lock Analytics only to track emails sent to individuals and entities that either:
– gave you written (including electronic) permission to send Emails to them, without subsequently withdrawing such permission;
– gave you their name and email address in connection with their purchase, or negotiations to purchase, a product or service from you, have not opted out from receiving your emails.
REPORT SPAM
If you believe that the email you received is unsolicited, please let us know immediately by forwarding the original email to abuse@glocksoft.com. Our support team will investigate it within 24 hours. If we discover the sender of the email is abusing our service, we’ll disable that user’s account and blacklist them from using our service in future.
