We at G-Lock Analytics take your privacy and security very seriously. These Privacy statements disclose our data collection methods, usage and confidentiality policies throughout our site.
1. Service Purchase
Note that G-Lock Software does not process orders directly. We use outside reputable companies, iPortis and RegNow (DigitalRiver Network), to do this on our behalf using the very latest in secure transmission technologies. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
Immediately after you purchase the service our e-commerce partner will notify us and will pass your contact information (e.g. name, company name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone and fax number) together with some limited purchase order information (e.g. purchase date, order reference number, service name, and price). This data is used to enable your G-Lock Analytics account, to identify you in order to give you the full benefits of your purchase including free technical support and to enable us to set up a user account providing you with access to our customer resources area. We do not make any of this information available to any third parties. For security purposes the IP address of this transaction may be recorded.
We do not receive or ever store any financial information such as credit card details and that none of the information we collect is ever shared with any third parties outside of our immediate e-commerce providers.
2. Technical Support
When you contact G-Lock Analytics support any details you provide are used only to help solve any issues you have and are destroyed once your issue is dealt with.
We do not make any of this information available to any third parties.
The area of the site governed by this policy does not use “cookies” (which are small pieces of information that your browser stores on your computer’s hard drive), with the exception of anonymous session cookies. A session cookie only ever contains a unique identifier for managing session state and therefore does not contain any personally identifiable information. Session cookies are automatically deleted when the web browser is closed.
Customer Area on G-Lock Analytics Website
1. Authentication & Security
To protect the privacy of your information all the users must be authenticated using a username and password before gaining access to the Customer Area.
Users are strongly advised not to share their login details with others, otherwise this may result in their access to this area being terminated if we determine that there was a breach of a user’s privacy or security. This policy is to the benefit of all legitimate users. The customer area is constantly monitored for any prohibited activity.
2. Collection of Information
You can visit our site without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information. Our site does collect information such as domain, IP address, browser type and operating system for site trends and statistics, but this information does not personally identify you.
We may ask you to provide personally identifiable information if you are signing up as our reseller and partner. Some information about your company, its size or other details may be required by us via email while providing pre-sale support. When you contact G-Lock Analytics support any details you provide are used only to help solve any issues you have and are destroyed once your issue is dealt with. We do not make any of this information available to any third parties.
The customer area presents a highly individualized facility for managing reports and raw data. In order to provide this facility we have to record basic (non-financial) information about each user’s choice of purchase as well as recording their usage of the facility, for example to customize the credits remaining for each user.
To protect the customer resources area from misuse we actively monitor all logins into the system in addition to recording standard web logs. We collect login dates and times as well as recording IP addresses on an individual basis. In addition, we record details on all actions that are taken, also on an individual basis. This allows us to perform individual analysis of patterns of activity for the purposes of detecting prohibited access and misuse of the resources in the system.

3. Use of Information
The personal information you provide will be used for the purpose for which it was provided – to contact you, to process an order, to register your product, etc. We may also use any information you have provided as reasonably necessary to provide notices regarding the products or services that you purchased, inform you about new products or promotional campaigns.
Only authenticated customers may enter the customer area.
Our administration staff may monitor site usage and use collected information to administer and maintain the privacy and security of the website.

We may share information with our billing companies iPortis or RegNow Inc.(DigitalRiver Network.) This is necessary for processing your orders or troubleshooting. Your information may also be shared with G-Lock Software authorized resellers and partners who we may think would serve you better.
4. Access & Correction of Information
Users may use the customer area to view and update their immediate contact details.
Subject to proof of identity, customers may on request obtain a full report containing all of the personally identifiable information we have recorded about them.
Customers may contact customer support directly to request corrections to be made to any recorded information if they consider it to be incorrect.
If a customer has their account put on hold, they may contact customer support to attempt to have their account reinstated.
5. Information Security
We strictly protect the security of your personal information. We protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Your personal data, including your e-mail address, is used for internal purposes only and is never sold or shared with anyone outside of G-Lock Analytics or our authorized resellers, unless we disclose information in response to a law enforcement request.
Services We Provide at G-Lock Analytics
Our Tracking Manager service allows our customers track their group e-mailings. The following data is recorded when an email is “tracked” by Tracking Manager: IP address, date and time of event, user defined “pass through” information, Link ID and campaign ID, where the subscriber is the person who receives the email.
Our Tracking Manager service uses a web beacon at times. This is a transparent image that is placed within the e-mail. This web beacon also records user defined “pass through” information, IP address, date and time of event, and campaign ID. The function of the web beacon is to report when an email has been opened.
Tracking Manager operates under the domain http://www.glockanalytics.com. All data collected is the property of the customer and is just hosted/facilitated by us. G-Lock Analytics stores this information securely on behalf of the customer who collected it. This information is only accessible by that customer. When the customer finished using the data, the data is deleted.
