Open Rate (%)

To calculate the open rate, the number of unique opens is divided by the number of emails sent. The result is multiplied by 100%.

Example:

You sent the email to 4 people. You got 3 unique opens. Your open rate is:

3/4 = 0.75
0.75 x 100% = 75%
