G-Lock Analytics v3: New Features and Improvements
We've recently updated G-Lock Analytics to the new 3 version.
Tracking links generated by old versions of G-Lock Analytics will work and collect opens and clicks during one year after the release of the v3.
Important! To track new email campaigns with G-Lock Analytics v3, you need to upload a new redirect script to your website. Old redirect scripts will not work with new email campaigns. Just do this:
- Login to your account
- Download a new redirect script (r.asp or r.php depending on your website)
- Upload the new redirect script to your website (replace the old redirect script with the new one).
Here is a quick overview of new features and improvements of G-Lock Analytics v3:
- "Get Active Recipients" option. You can get a list of active recipients from several campaigns at a time. Just select the campaigns and click on More Actions -> Get active recipients to save the report to a file.

- "Import from Email" option. This is a very useful option that allows you replace original links with tracking links directly in your email message. Just copy your HTML source or plain text with regular links, click on the "Import from Email" option and paste the content. G-Lock Analytics will convert regular links into tracking links without changing the email content. Now you can copy the message with tracking links and load it in your email sending program.

- Easy way to merge the recipient's email address or any other custom field into the tracking link and pass the unique recipient's data to your account. Just type the merge field name in the right format in the "Use merge tag" field when you add a campaign. G-Lock Analytics will automatically merge that field into your tracking links, into the open tracking link and into the unsubscribe link.

- Unsubscribe link that you can add to your emails and collect unsubsribers in your account. This is a free option. Points are not deducted from your account if the recipients use the unsubscribe link.
When a recipient clicks on the unsubscribe link, the email address is saved to the "Unsubscribed recipients"report. You can export the recipients who unsubscribed to a file for further removal from your list.

- Easy way to sort the campaigns by adding tags.

For your convenience you can show the tags by different colors.

- Ability to count opens and clicks by the recipient's IP address (by default opens and clicks are counted by the email address).

- Optimized and increased the speed of work of web accounts on G-Lock Analytics. High volumes of data are processed faster now.
- Optimized the size of tracking links. They are much shorter now than old tracking links.
- G-Lock Analytics v3 supports the developer API so you can integrate G-Lock Analytics with your own applications (the developer API is in the debugging mode now and will be available for public in a few weeks).
