View Email Tracking Report: Who Opened Email
To view the email addresses of the recipients who opened your email newsletter, click on Recipient Activity item under Reports. Here you will see how many times the recipients opened the message and how many times they clicked on the links inside the email.
You can export the report either to a CSV or Excel XML file.
Note: the email opens are tracked using a transparent 1×1 pixel image inserted into the email source. If your recipient opens the email either in the plain-text format, or with the images disabled by default, the open is not recorded by the email tracking service.
